The key functional responsibility of the Receptionist is to manage the first impression of all customers.
This team member is the first interaction our customers have with our company.
Displaying the company's value and reputation is of highest importance.
The Receptionist answers customer questions, sells company services and maintains a full appointment schedule for the company technicians.
You will be responsible for taking calls, scheduling appointments, filing and the collection of customer fees at time of service.
The Receptionist should be customer focused and displays a desire to work within the company's brand values to deliver exceptional customer service and have the ability to work well within the team environment, as well as independently.
The Receptionist must demonstrate the ability to manage multiple interruptions on a continual basis, always maintaining friendly interactions with team members and customers.
The Receptionist must have the ability to maintain a high level of detail orientation despite frequent interruptions.
Accuracy and diligence with regard to customer information, scheduling and file maintenance is required.
