However, we will absolutely accept a new grad! This is a small, 10-bed senior behavioral health unit within a critical access hospital.
We offer an hourly pay rate based on your experience and market rates.
This is a full-time hourly position with benefits, PTO and VTO.
Againwe're offering a respectable sign-on bonus!!You would be responsible for delivery of patient care through the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementing, and evaluation; teaching patients, family and ancillary personnel while performing nursing care duties.

Current and unencumbered RN license in Arkansas Experience in behavioral health or long-term care preferred; Certification in Psychiatric Nursing desired is a plus.
